Where possible we recommend choosing the Ultra Fast Fibre broadband plans as this will offer you faster speeds more consistently than traditional copper broadband connections (ADSL & VDSL).
You are most welcome to use your own modem and/or router with our broadband services. What about a modem/router?
You are most welcome to use your own modem or router with our broadband services, or, if you wish to lease one from us we can supply a WiFi/VoIP model for just $10 per month.
How long does it take to get broadband services installed?
New connections may take up to 10 working days to get installed, however transfers from other providers can be completed within 48 hours. New UFB Fibre connections may take longer if consents and build work is required.
Can I transfer my existing phone number to Digital Cloud?
Yes! There is a one off transfer fee of $25.
What if I don’t want a phone line and only want broadband?
That’s ok… if you decide you want a phone line in future just let us know and we can install it for you.
What are the residential rates for toll calls?
Local calls are and always will be free, NZ National calls are charged at 15c/min + GST and NZ Mobile calls are charged at 35c/min + GST. For a list of our International call rates, please click here.
